Fair Trade Focus Day
Friday 7th March was our Fairtrade focus day. We looked at Fairtrade together with Food Technologies and each class had a range of activities. Check out the class blogs tab on our homepage to find out more about what our learners were up to today.
We ended the day with a Sharing Learning assembly and a short Fairtrade quiz which ,as always, was a lot of fun and helped the children to have an audience for their learning. P1/2/3 shared their amazing Fairtrade Superhero bananas whilst the P3/4/5 class shared their learning on The Journey of a Banana. We were also able to share their learning on good news that we have retained our FairActive schools award from the Fairtrade Foundation in recognition of the consistent work we put into learning about Fairtrade.
